Returns & Refunds are a guarantee provided by BestPet for every product we sell. Please contact us in the first instance if you have a problem with your order.

If you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site and you find it is not as described, defective or of low quality you will be able to request a full refund or replacement.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. 

Cost of return postage is paid by the customer. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning goods. BestPet returns is based in Australia.
